This Form must be completed in English, using lower-case letters only.
In case of siblings, a separate Registration Form should be submitted for each child.
In the process of registering, new students will be required to have a scan of their birth certificate or ID Card uploaded in jpg, jpeg, png or pdf format.
Registration will be deemed valid only upon completion of payment, which includes a €20 registration fee and the first month's installment.

You may at any time withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

You have the right to request access to your child’s personal data, correct any inaccuracies, and / or request the deletion of information we no longer need. You may also ask us at any time to stop processing your child’s data, in which case, any further processing shall stop, and further actions for retrieving collected material may be in effect. Any material will be stored in a safe location at Golazo, as per our retention policies.
